Forklift Platform Inspection Kit

Delivery
We deliver nationwide and overseas, however, deliveries outside of the UK Mainland would require us to obtain additional shipping charges from our shipping agent, so please allow a little extra time for this during quoting.
Allowing you to carry out and document pre-use checks on your forklift safety platform, the forklift platform inspection kit ensures your forklift platform is safe and fit for use each and every time. Attaching a tag to the forklift safety cage provides a clear and prominent reminder to carry out such pre-use inspections, whilst visually confirming that the platform is fit for use.
Weekly Kit
- 1 x Status Tag to attach to the platform to show its status
- 2 x Safety Check Books provides 50 individual checks, allowing one to be completed each week of the year
- 1 x Check Book Wallet & Pen to store the current book in use and provide a solid writing surface when completing the checklists
- 100 x Tamper Evident Seals which can be used to deter and identify unauthorised access to the status tag
Daily Kit

- 11 x Safety Check Books provides 275 individual checklists, allowing one to be completed each day of the year
