A recent survey carried out by ourselves to the fork truck industry revealed some interesting insights as to what our customers thought about us, our products, and the services we provide

We are happy to report that our technical advice and quality of product is still highly valued by our customers. Our quality is something we are justly proud, and has led us to the recognition as being the ‘Quality leader of forklift truck attachments in the UK’.  We also pride ourselves on our technical expertise, and our ability to give valuable help and advice to all our customers that need it. 

We always strive to keep our pricing as competitive as possible. In doing so, we are committed to our ethos as a British manufacturer, of supplying high quality products under strict ISO 9001-2008 guidelines, to make sure you are in the safest of hands. The balance between price and quality is always finely tuned but neither are ever compromised in favour of standards

To keep your operations moving, we keep a large volume of our products in stock, with a manufacturing lead time of between 3 to 15 working days for non-stocked items. By using a combination of our own fleet of delivery vehicles and a UK nationwide pallet service, we can ensure our products are delivered on time and in first class condition.

Our after-sales service, which again has scored highly in our survey, is there to assist you with any post delivery requirements you may have. Spare parts, copies of test certification, product queries or general help and advice, you can be assured, will be dealt with in a professional and timely manner
